Very very helpful and excellent staff made our stay.

The room was new-fashioned with comfortable beds, we truly enjoyed the stay. It was magnificent close to the town centre.

We stayed for 5 night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was reasonably large, it was provided with modern equipment and comfortable beds plus living space. Coffee/tea makers, refrigerators, and an oven were useful, cooked breakfast ourselves. The setting was comfortable.

The apartment was centrally located and perfect for exploring the city. Each room had two beds, great for larger groups, and having two bathrooms was convenient. the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. the key collection process was smooth, and we were offered the option to store our luggage on our check-out day.

There was ongoing construction noise outside the apartment, which was disturbing at times. the lack of preparation for a crib despite prior notification was disappointing.

Rooms by living space. Perfect place to stay near metro. They offered easy check-in.

Had easy check in. We loved city view and huge rooms. The location was magnificent and brilliant, within easy walking distance of El Call.

it's an excellent apartment close to nice places. it is an excellent place to stay, the staff are very very helpful and excellent.

Satisfied with comfortable beds available. There were shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet in our bathroom. The location was indeed magnificent and wonderful, right by the cathedral.

Positive things: 1. The checkin was easy. 2. The arrival information I requested about using the metro, etc. was excellent and timely. 3. Vicki, the staff person we dealt with at the bed and breakfast checkin point was incredibly friendly and helpful. 4. The location of the apartment is excellent. Supermarket one block away. 5. ALso the size, space distribution, and general style of the apartment and facility is great. 6. Free WiFi connection good, as advertised.

Some things that detract from a feeling of complete satisfaction with the apartment are: 1. There was only a roll of toilet paper in the apartment. For a 4 night stay this is not acceptable. 2. about half of the light bulbs in the apartment were burned out, making it quite dark in some areas (entrance, living room, bathrooms) and many electrical outlets do not work. 4. Only one of the showers worked since the hose had a hole in it and water sprayed all over the place. 5. There was very little shelf space for clothing - all of the closets are basically for hanging clothes but do not have shelves. 6. The sheets and pillow covers are fine, however none of the comforters have duvets or covers for them. One comforter was also quite deteriorated and seemed more like the filling of a quilt.. 7. there was no bottle/cork opener, no coffee maker, no dish machine. 8.. there was no safe to store belongings 9. There were very noisy people in one of the apartments who seemed to be coming back from clubbing or partying early in the morning (3-5 am) and were continuing their party both in the patio below and/or in the lobby or hallways. We were awoken two nights by them. Otherwise it would have been a quite place, isolated from the street noise.

The location of the apartments is perfect, being close to most attractions in the city center. It is conveniently situated near the metro, making it easy to explore. there is an office building just opposite, providing a sense of security.

It was inconvenient to pick up the keys and later take the suitcases to the apartment as the reception was pretty far from the location.

I was very pleased with the service and how everything worked with booking, keys etc. Apartment was spacious with separate kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. But most of all the apartment is located just a block away from Plaza Cataluna so we were always in the centre!

Setting very close to a metro station and an office building. Shower facilities, a hairdryer and a bidet available. Easy check in. Really friendly and amiable staff with good travel recommendations.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a short walk to the city center. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area.

the apartment was not properly cleaned when we arrived. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and the living room rug was dirty.

We stayed here for 4 nights, it was fantastic!
